We Are Brothers and Sisters focuses on the powerful verse “The believers are brothers, so make peace between your brothers. And be mindful of Allah so you may be shown mercy” (Surah al-Hujurat:10), teaching children that believers are all one big family sharing the bond of Islam and Iman even if they don’t share the same parents, house, or country

Teaches peacemaking strategies through understanding that Shaytan loves when people fight and argue but we are stronger than him when we do what Allah says, learning to be the one who ends arguments by letting the other person speak and listening to them, speaking gently and calmly without being rude or angry, and forgiving the other person even when they’ve done wrong

Includes tadabbur time reflection asking children to recite the ayah again with meaning and think about what command Allah is giving, how to act upon it at home and at school, and how arguing spoils the bond of brotherhood

Engaging practical activities including the “What Would You Say?” scenario where Maryam finds her school bag scattered with Asiya holding her reading book, choosing between “She did it on purpose!” or “Maybe it was an accident. I will ask,” and learning how Maryam should respond if Asiya admits she’s wrong using a word from Ayah 10

Better Choices activity where children circle kinder choices (lower your voice vs raise your voice, pause and think vs rush to react, forgive vs hold a grudge, give everyone a chance to speak vs refuse to listen), share times when arguments made them upset and what helped make it better, with a special “I’m a Peacemaker!” certificate for completion

This engaging worksheet invites young learners to explore Surah al-Hujurat (The Private Rooms), learning how to build a strong and peaceful ummah starting at home through beautiful adab (etiquette and manners) with Allah and His Messenger ﷺ.

Week 1: We Respect Rasulullah ﷺ focuses on the verse “O believers! Do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet” teaching children beautiful adab through loving him, obeying Him, following his sunnah, and trusting what he said even when it feels hard

Features the inspiring story of Thabit ibn Qays who had a loud voice and stopped visiting the Prophet ﷺ fearing his deeds were ruined, until receiving the happy news “You are from the people of Paradise,” demonstrating how the Companions followed new ayahs straight away

Includes tadabbur time reflection asking learners to recite the ayah again and think about how they feel when someone raises their voice and why Allah commands believers to not raise their voices, helping them connect Quranic teaching to their own experiences

Engaging activities include crossing out wrong answers about how Companions showed respect, matching words with meanings (adab, ummah, hujurat), and a practical Ramadan scenario where Musa must wake his sisters for suhur without shouting loudly

Designed for family learning with colourful illustrations, Arabic text with English translations, age-appropriate language, and practical applications that help children understand respect and gentle communication in their daily lives at home
