After learning about the importance of sharing wealth, feeding the needy, and showing kindness to orphans from Surah al-Humazah and Surah al-Maʿun, young Muslims are invited to live the Qur’an in their daily lives through practical charity projects including writing encouraging letters to orphans, cooking meals for those in need, collecting food for local food banks, or working together to sponsor an orphan. This transformative experience nurtures beautiful character (husn al-khuluq) by embodying the Prophet’s ﷺ compassion, strengthens brotherhood (ukhuwwah) through collective acts of kindness, and develops responsibility (mas’uliyyah) as learners fulfil their duties towards society with integrity, bringing the timeless guidance of the Qur’an into real-world action that benefits their community.
