Pause. Look back honestly. Set goals that actually mean something all with Allah at the centre.

This personal reflection workshop presentation gives individual Muslims a quiet, structured space to reflect on the past year and plan the one ahead with intention and sincerity. Whether you use it alone with a journal or facilitate it as a group session at your masjid, Islamic society, or school, it walks you through seven areas of life that matter most from your personal relationship with Allah to your friendships, your work, and your wider community.

The workshop covers seven areas of honest, purposeful reflection:

Relationship with Allah — the quality of your salah, your connection to the Qur’an, daily remembrance, and sincere repentance

Self-development — your achievements, your mistakes, your character, and how you spent your time

Family — gratitude, apology, and setting goals to be a better family member

Work and school — what you enjoyed, what challenged you, and where to improve

Friendship, neighbours, and community — acts of kindness, accountability, and your responsibility to the ummah
