This Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “You”) and Quranic Tarbiyah (“Licensor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding the use of Quranic Tarbiyah’s products, including but not limited to educational materials, digital content, and any associated resources (collectively referred to as “Licensed Materials”).
By accessing, downloading, or using any of the Licensed Materials, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Licensed Materials.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use the Licensed Materials for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Licensed Materials for personal study, teaching, and educational purposes.
- Print and distribute copies of the Licensed Materials within an educational setting, provided that such distribution is for non-commercial purposes and that proper attribution is given to Quranic Tarbiyah.
- Incorporate the Licensed Materials into your own non-commercial educational presentations, provided that you do not alter or modify the content and that proper credit is given to Quranic Tarbiyah.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Licensed Materials.
- Use the Licensed Materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, sublicensing, renting, or otherwise profiting from the Licensed Materials.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices from the Licensed Materials.
- Share, distribute, or make the Licensed Materials available to others outside of an educational setting without prior written permission from Quranic Tarbiyah.
- Post the Licensed Materials on any website or platform where they are publicly accessible without obtaining explicit permission from Us.
4. Ownership
All right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Materials, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Quranic Tarbiyah. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Licensed Materials.
5. Attribution
When using the Licensed Materials, you must provide proper attribution to Quranic Tarbiyah. This includes, but is not limited to, acknowledging Quranic Tarbiyah as the source of the Licensed Materials in any printed or digital copies.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy any copies in your possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Licensed Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Licensed Materials will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Licensed Materials, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Quranic Tarbiyah regarding the use of the Licensed Materials and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
11. Amendments
Quranic Tarbiyah reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Licensed Materials after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
