Are you an experienced web developer with a track record of creating user friendly website? Can you translate designs and wireframes into a polished web page? You may just be the person we are looking for.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with WordPress FSE block builders (Greenshift, Cwicly, Blocksy, Crocoblock, Astra or similar)

Role Overview
  • Quranic Tarbiyah is seeking a dedicated and organised Operations & Communications Officer to support the ongoing growth of the project. This role is central to the smooth running of QT’s day-to-day operations, communications, and outreach, while helping to convey QT’s vision of nurturing a Qur’an-centred life among educators, parents, and students.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the QT team to manage communications, coordinate programmes and events, and oversee key administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries, orders, payments, and oversee basic business operations
  • Provide administrative support to the curriculum and training teams
  • Coordinate curriculum translations, printing, and distribution of QT materials
  • Organise and support QT training sessions, events, and external representation
  • Liaise with educators, maktabs, and partners
  • Manage and coordinate QT’s social media, newsletters, emails, and website updates
Person Specification
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
