Operations & Communications Officer
Role Overview
- Quranic Tarbiyah is seeking a dedicated and organised Operations & Communications Officer to support the ongoing growth of the project. This role is central to the smooth running of QT’s day-to-day operations, communications, and outreach, while helping to convey QT’s vision of nurturing a Qur’an-centred life among educators, parents, and students.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the QT team to manage communications, coordinate programmes and events, and oversee key administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries, orders, payments, and oversee basic business operations
- Provide administrative support to the curriculum and training teams
- Coordinate curriculum translations, printing, and distribution of QT materials
- Organise and support QT training sessions, events, and external representation
- Liaise with educators, maktabs, and partners
- Manage and coordinate QT’s social media, newsletters, emails, and website updates
Person Specification
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
